Original Pancakes by the Chef at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Moscow Lobby Bar from February 25 to March 2

Alexander Tinyakov, recognized as the best hotel chef by the experts of the Russian Hospitality Awards, brings a creative touch to even the most traditional events, including Maslenitsa.

This year, the Maslenitsa Week menu at the lobby bar and through room service includes: pancakes with potatoes and White Wine sauce, served with Ricotta cheese and white mushrooms, pancakes with salmon marinated in beetroot juice and stracciatella, “caesar” pancakes with smoked duck and poached egg, pancakes with cottage cheese cream and cherry jam, served with vanilla ice cream.
