<p>Alexander Tinyakov, the hotel's best chef according to the experts of the Russian Hospitality Awards, has created a truly international Lenten menu, proving that Lenten cuisine can be exciting.</p>
<p>This year, during Lent, the lobby bar and room service menus feature: Bruschetta with spiced pumpkin, guacamole, coconut yogurt, and crispy arugula; Cauliflower and mushroom appetizer.</p>
<p>Served with celery cream; Roasted vegetable salad with honey-mustard dressing (served with beet hummus and crispy papadum); Chestnut cream soup with porcini mushrooms and walnuts; Potato ravioli (served with fried oyster mushrooms and dairy-free sour cream). And of course, no meal is complete without a dessert: coconut yogurt with caramelized apples.</p>
